Candidate Screening and Shortlisting

Some employers already attract applicants but lack the time to sort them. We take over the screening. That means reading applications, holding short phone interviews, checking availability and asking for references. You receive a short list with a few lines on each person, covering experience, the shifts they can work and anything worth knowing.

We agree with you on the must-haves before we look at a single application. Then we work through the applications and report back in one clear overview. You decide who moves forward. We let every candidate know where they stand, including those who were not selected.
