Bar and Cafe Staff Recruitment

We recruit bartenders, barbacks, baristas and counter staff for bars and cafes. Some venues need cover for late weekends. Others need help with busy mornings or a summer terrace. We look for people who can handle a rush, know their way around a bar or espresso machine, and fit the feel of your place.

You tell us which shifts need covering and which skills matter most. We screen candidates by phone, check their availability against your rota, and pass on only the people who fit. If you want a trial shift first, we schedule it and collect your feedback afterwards.
